There are two Dan's in this story, really. Today I saw a photo which encompasses what one of them looks like, sort of similar to the other one, but just different enough that if you saw them together, you'd not think they were twins.
One Dan is a red head, so in the book that will help distinguish them, but in the photos both are brunettes. That's fine, as I slap a red shock of hair over the one, and call it good.
